Hinds
County Human Resource Agency (HCHRA) is a public, nonprofit community action
agency created by the Hinds County Board of Supervisors in 1976. HCHRA is
part of a state and national coalition of community action agencies, whose
goals are to eradicate poverty in local communities. Our Agency serves
eligible, disadvantaged residents of Hinds County through programs and
services that foster economic empowerment and self-reliance. HCHRA is funded
by public and private support, as well as through community and federal
grants. |
